The Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area is defined by a canyon of the Columbia River up to 4,000 feet deep, and eighty miles long. It is home to North America’s most concentrated stretch of waterfalls, with over 90 waterfalls, including the famous Multnomah, Bridal Veil and Latourell Falls. It also offers endless outdoor activities.

Day Tour of Smith Rock State Park and Columbia River Gorge

Depart from Bend, and stop at Smith Rock State Park to explore the 650 acre park with your naturalist guide. From there, make your way to Hood River, and enjoy lunch at one of the craft breweries in town before embarking on a journey through the incredible Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.

Mt. Hood Day Trip

Spend the day exploring Mt. Hood’s historic and natural treasures. Visit Timberline Lodge and have lunch, before embarking on various hikes along the Pacific Crest Trail, or the shoreline of Trillum Lake, or up to Tamanawa Falls. Pick up some local produce at the many farm stands, before ending the day in Hood River.
