Lefkada

Lefkada is an Ionian island on the west coast of Greece, connected to the mainland by a long causeway and floating bridge, making it one of the few islands accessible by road. The island offers charming seaside villages, an abundance of water sports like windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkeling and scuba diving, and white sandy beaches with turquoise waters, the most popular and photographed of which are Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Milos. The main resort town on the island is Nydri, with a 2 km strip of villas, hotels, restaurants, bars and shops.
