Zagreb

Located in the northwestern part of the country, Zagreb is the capital and largest city of Croatia, and its political, economic, and cultural hub. The Upper Town (Gornji Grad) is the historic heart of Zagreb, characterized by its charming cobblestone streets, medieval architecture, and historic landmarks. Key attractions include St. Mark’s Square with its iconic multi-colored roof, St. Mark’s Church, and the Zagreb Cathedral.

The Tkalciceva Street in the Upper Town, in particular, is famous for its bars and cafes.
