Rovinj

Located further north up the Adriatic coast from Pula, Rovinj is often considered one of the most charming and romantic towns on the Adriatic coast.

The heart of Rovinj is its Old Town (Stari Grad), a labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets and charming squares with numerous historic buildings, shops, galleries, and restaurants. The St. Euphemia’s Basilica, a Baroque-style church dedicated to the town’s patron saint, dominates the town’s skyline. Visitors can climb to the top of its bell tower for panoramic views of the town and the surrounding coastline.

Surrounding Rovinj is a cluster of islands and islets that make up the Rovinj Archipelago. These islands, such as St. Andrew’s Island and St. Catherine’s Island, are known for their natural beauty, beaches, and outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, and snorkeling.
