Hvar

A stunning island located in the Adriatic Sea, near Split, Hvar is one of the most popular destinations in the country. The main town is a picturesque coastal settlement known for its beautiful harbor, and historic architecture including Hvar Fortress, St. Stephens Square and Hvar Theater, one of the oldest public theaters in Europe.
